Time Out says

The Manhattan Cocktail Classic returns and will kick off the weeklong festival with a gala at the Loeb Boathouse in Central Park, a scenic landmark with floor-to-ceiling windows. Legendary actor Bill Murray has been tapped to host the opening night reception. In addition to the gala, this four-day boozy blow-out spreads out over the city with a special focus on Harlem with parties, talks and a spirited Mothers Day at the famed Apollo Theater. Whet your whistle with the swank opening gala serving cocktails from hand selected spirit brands and New York City bartenders. Cocktail lovers can experience the Manhattan Cocktail Classic 2.0 with an emphasis on quality imbibe moments and rousing end to the festival at Sid Golds Request Room (yeah, Sid Golds). Hooch enthusiasts of all kinds should be inspired to join in on many of the cocktail happenings inspired by innovation, creativity and history.
