The Perfect Mac & Cheese

The gooey comfort food is in the spotlight at this tasting event, hosted by Bedford Cheese Shop's Kris Garrand and Laura Archer. After a brief walk through the history of the all-American classic, the cheesemongers will treat guests to three kinds of mac and cheese, using seasonal ingredients from the shop.
