Winning pair In the most inspired mash-up since Reese’s put peanut butter in our chocolate, Pizza by the Inch and Sarita’s Macaroni and Cheese have formed the cheekily named Pinch & S’MAC. Carbo-load with a selection from the S’MAC menu (mmm, shiitakes, Brie, fig and rosemary) or top your sized-to-order pie (from four inches to three feet long) with anything from hot dogs to grilled shrimp and arugula. 474 Columbus Ave between 82nd and 83rd Sts (212-686-5222, pinchandsmac.com)
