    Time Out Kids Museum Membership Guide

    All NYC museums offer free admission to their members, but which cultural spot gives your family the most for your money each year?

    Museum of Modern Art
    11 W 53rd St between Fifth and Sixth Aves (212-708-9400, moma.org). Subway: B, D, F, V to 47–50th Sts–Rockefeller Ctr; E, V to Fifth Ave–53rd St. Mon, Wed, Thu, Sat, Sun 10:30am–5:30pm; Fri 10:30am–8pm.

    General admission: $20, seniors $16, students $12, children under 17 free. Fri 4–8pm free.
    Membership: $150 for two adults and all children under 19
    Benefits:

    • Privileged access when visiting the museum, including bypassing ticketing lines
    • Unlimited cardholder entry to MoMA’s film screenings, as well as advance ticketing privileges

      I would like to see the museums come up with one package membership that allows families to save money getting into ALL museums, not just one. It's hard to live in the most culturally rich city in this country and not be able to take your children to museums because it's prohibitively expensive.
