Whether your kids are Hebrew-school superstars or as goy as it gets, Manhattan has a Passover celebration that’s just right for them. Younger audiences can hear the story of how the Jews escaped slavery in Egypt as they sing along with puppets or participate in chometz hunts (like an Easter egg hunt, but with bread). The older set can learn more about the ten plagues and the history of Passover in New York by touring a matzo store on the Lower East Side or by embossing a cover for their prayer book (or another volume of their choice).
