    Celebrity Interview: Tina Fey

NYC’s funniest mom shares her parenting secrets.

    By Lindsey Unterberger

    Djamilla Rosa Cochran

Tina Fey is the quintessential New York mom (well, apart from that whole fame thing). The Saturday Night Live vet and 30 Rock star lives on the Upper West Side with her husband, Jeff Richmond (a producer and composer for 30 Rock), and their daughter, Alice, who’s nearly three. Like many local moms, Fey juggles work, nannies, preschool applications and time earmarked for her family. The day her movie Baby Mama was released, she sat down with Time Out Kids to discuss the pros and cons of parenting in Manhattan. She also dished about her preferred brand of stroller, her favorite neighborhood clothing store and the museum that’s getting on her nerves.

I love Tina Fay. I think she is great. My husband even has a crush on her which is refreshing. You never want your man to want the cheezy blond bimbos cause then you think "well, what do you see in me?". I approve of the Tina Fay crush. But this was one boring interview. Come on Time Out, you could have done better than that.

Stupidest interview imaginable, neither funny nor cute.Bathroom?Try Barnes & N.Stroller? What's good about it?Narrow enough to fit down store aisles?Light and easy enough to close and lift onto the bus quickly? Playgrounds:unimaginative response.Has this woman actually spent any time with her kid?! Preschool?Obviously, she has no experience with the next stages! She has no clue what there is to do in NY w/a kid! CMOM had a Seuss exhibit for years! Both are known quantities! She belongs in the burbs
