Certified doula Kristin Sasser teaches prenatal yoga, which focuses on preparing for labor and delivery by strengthening the muscles used during birth. New moms can take Body by Baby, an aerobic and toning class that helps moms get back in shape and encourages babies’ development. In Postpartum Pilates with Baby, infants play while moms work off those pregnancy pounds.
