The three Josies (the others are on the UWS and the UES) serve organic and vegetarian dishes that get their punch from sassy sauces: Pan-seared black-soybean dumplings come with miso-mango dip; a roasted half chicken is perked up with a Thai sauce. Since such dishes may be a little exotic for younger palates, kids will probably be happier ordering simple penne with organic tomato sauce or an organic soy-cheese veggie burger.
