The newest jewel in the crown of the Time Warner Center complex, courtesy of Thomas Keller (Per Se), does not disappoint. Here, parents relax and linger in the corner over a delicate salade de fruits de mer while Junior’s banging away at the tableware goes nearly undetected. Although the budget-conscious may get scared off by salads averaging $14 and sandwiches for $12, this is a great place to bring visiting relatives—they can squeeze in shopping at tony mall neighbors Hugo Boss and Coach.
