Adam Guettel

The dashing scion of the great Rodgers house of musical theater—his mother is Mary, his grandfather was Richard—Adam Guettel has emerged as the great hope of those who still dare take the genre seriously. Since the success of his 2005 musical The Light in the Piazza, his output has been a trickle; now he reveals some of what he's been working on, with help from expert vocalists Steven Pasquale and Whitney Bashor.
