Other artists come and go, but Ani DiFranco just goes right on spinning fiery stream-of-consciousness poetry on CD, issuing one for almost every year of her career. Her work has become a bit more relaxed and even spiritual in recent years, partly the result of becoming a mother. But if her fans prefer the young, angry Ani, it sure doesn't show in her ticket sales.
