Dan Tepfer and Ben Wendel

Dan Tepfer, a young piano star known for his work with Lee Konitz and his interpretation of Bach's Goldberg Variations, recently teamed up with Kneebody saxist Ben Wendel on an impressive duo LP, Small Constructions. Here the two augment their duo with a woodwind quintet and, yes, smartphones.
