The Mexican Elvis—El Vez—has been touring for more than 20 years, taking his gold lamé suits and pencil mustache ’round the globe and giving Elvis's hits a Latino spin. For instance, "You ain't nothin' but a hound dog" becomes "You ain't nothin' but a chihuahua." Likewise, David Bowie's Aladdin Sane becomes A Lad from Spain, and Paul Simon's Graceland is Graciasland. For anyone who fancies some spring cheer, this hip-swiveler will be serving it up in spades at tonight's Cinco de Mayo gig.
