Cutting his teeth in the juke joints of Mississippi, Eli Paperboy Reed trades in jumping, grooving, hard-singing '60s-era soul. He's got a new album dropping next month, so expect to hear some fresh-pressed ditties at Webster on Mar 22. Opening is the High and Mighty Brass Band, which offers a high-energy blend of New Orleans funk, R&B, Afrobeat and hip-hop.
