You might be tempted to hate on Eric Hutchinson, who's playing behind his first release in four years, Moving Up Living Down. It's a radio-ready folk-pop-soul disc that seems as if it came easier than breathing to the Maryland songsmith. But you've gotta give him credit for the sheerly unassuming good vibes emanating from this Sublime-meets–Billy Joel hookfest. (Note: City Winery show is rescheduled from Oct 29.)
