Is "upscale lounge in the Lower East Side" an oxymoron? Probably not anymore; the hood is now crawling with boîtes catering to the moneyed set. One of the latest additions to the scene is Foundation, a lovely and plush nitery run by Ronnie Kaplan (of One 51, Suede and Cherry Lounge).
