Whimsical chamber-pop outfit Friend Roulette (which features several ARMS members) hits Union Pool, with fine support from Brooklyn's Xenia Rubinos, who splits the difference between Tune-Yards–like vocal experimentation and jazz fusion, served with a big dollop of gleefulness and cheek.
