Time Out says

Across its five albums (and countless singles and EPs), the Toronto outfit has brought an operatic complexity to the often-monochromatic genre of hardcore punk. There are still shout-along choruses and crunchy guitar riffs, but the band’s approach favors textured layers, melodic guest vocals and dense narrative lyrics. Its wide-screen ambitions are on full display on its latest, Dose Your Dreams, a loosely conceptual album that incorporates wildly divergent sounds from ravey Madchester electronica to grungy alt-rock.
