The Five Boroughs Music Festival and early-music ensemble TENET team up for this concert equivalent of a biopic, dedicated to Venetian Baroque composer Giovanni Gabrieli. (He died 400 years ago, hence the name.)All-male vocal quartet New York Polyphony and period brass band Dark Horse Consort join TENET to trace Gabrieli's evolution as a composer, from the music of his mentors to the pinnacles of his own career.
