Jake Miller's got something for everyone: The frat-friendly pop-rap MC went YouTube-platinum in 2012 with both lightweight single "Whistle" and its considerably more sobering follow-up "A Million Lives," which concerns a fan enduring chemotherapy. The 20-year-old's bouncy, Sublime-derived style isn't exactly our thing, but you've got to admire the range. This week, Miller plays a pair of sold-out gigs—Allegory and Jeff Bullis round out the Mar 8 bill, while Air Dubai and Cailin Marie open on Mar 10.
