With a mononym like Låpsley, it may sound like the up-and-coming electronic-pop singer-songwriter is Scandinavian, but in fact she hails from England (real name: Holly Lapsley Fletcher). She's quickly rising: Fletcher signed to XL Recordings last year on the strength of a buzzy SoundCloud page.
