Flamboyant and frankly gorgeous Welsh singer Marina Diamandis offers a more commercial, dance-oriented slant on quirk pop with her second opus, 2012's Electra Heart, which features such songwriting big-hitters as Stargate and Dr. Luke. Expect a cheeky and energetic set from this highly stylized popstrel. Oh, and do arrive early for buzzy London synth songstress Charli XCX, offering irresistibly dark, bouncy electropop.
