A valued collaborator in bands led by Charlie Haden, Yosvany Terry and Richard Bona, trumpeter Mike Rodriguez comes to the Jazz Standard fronting a combo that mixes saxophonist John Ellis, pianist Robert Rodriguez (the leader's brother), bassist Kiyoshi Kitagawa and drummer Rodney Green.
