Two years ago, Jazz at Lincoln Center mounted a Modern Jazz Quartet tribute with a sterling foursome built around Kenny Barron and Steve Nelson. Now, a young clutch of players step up to have their say with the John Lewis songbook—and we're especially keen to see how vibraphonist Warren Wolf handles Milt Jackson's old role of bluesy counterbalance to Lewis's genteel constructions.
