Ten-piece soul outfit Steve Wexler and the Top Shelf features a full horn section, a rhythm section that has played with Al Green, Jackson Browne and Carly Simon, and singers who've let rip with the likes of Aretha Franklin, John Legend and Sting. On Nov 1 the band salutes Marvin Gaye and Tina Turner, while December sees the group celebrating Amy Winehouse, Beyoncé, Eli "Paperboy" Reid and more.
