Buzzy Brooklyn band Xylos is friendly with Yeasayer (which produced its debut EP, Bedrooms, in 2008), and while it leans toward a folksier sound than that group, Xylos's combination of stripped-down melodies and intricate song structures is just as intriguing. The band continues to play in support of last year's eponymous LP. Joining in tonight are fellow Brooklynites Cultfever, who proffer dreamy electropop soundscapes.
