Or, more precisely if you're Winkel & Balktick, if you build art installations and a dance floor in a warehouse in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, costumed partygoers will come to ring in the New Year, with stilt walkers and performers in bubbles wearing gold-lam bodysuits.
