The Post's website is running the full transcript of Mayor Bloomberg's new proposal for Coney Island and it looks like Thor's hammer won't smite the waterfront neighborhood as badly as predicted. For that we're truly thankful (early Thanksgiving reference), but with activists, residents, politicians and everyone else screaming about how bad Sitt's plan was all year long, why did Hizzoner wait so long to weigh in?
