Their newest venture, the elegant 21 Main Steakhouse, encompasses all these things. Set in a historic mansion in the heart of Sayville, Gerard Scollan and his partner Billy Reilly, have captured the glamour and service of an era gone by - with a modern twist. Gerard Scollan and Billy Reilly, have been in the Catering/Special events business for over twenty years and are the owners of Lovin' Oven Celebrations. Lovin' Oven is the food service provider at eight elegant locations, including the renowned Land's End in Sayville and Flowerfield in St. James.
