Billyburg’s popular Italian eatery has set up shop in Soho with a Tuscan-farmhouse-meets-airy-loft aesthetic and excellent food. Tuck in to baked artichokes scattered with mint and shaved pecorino, or full-moon-shaped raviolini plump with stracciatella cheese in a tomato-marjoram ragù. One caveat for those seeking a place for quiet conversation: The acoustics are hellacious.
