The atmosphere falls short at this vegan (and kosher) spin-off of Chelsea’s Blossom, but the eclectic menu picks up the slack. We liked an appetizer of hearty black-eyed-pea cakes topped with chipotle aioli, and the lemony, caper-studded seitan scaloppine entrée. Try the not-too-sweet chocolate layer cake for a sinful end to a virtuous meal. Now that’s what we call well-rounded.
