The Caviarteria brand, founded in 1950, is the first Champagne & Caviar Bar Speakeasy, located in the Bogardus Mansion, the Jewel of Tribeca, offering contemporary caviar, smoked salmon and foie gras dishes with a classic touch, as well as other gourmet dishes like oysters topped with caviar.
