Named for the 1866 George Leybourne song, this outdoor lounge from Kingswood alumni Nick Hatsatouris and Lincoln Pilcher is situated in the High Line Hotel's courtyard, popping the corks on nearly a dozen varieties of bubbly to be paired with fresh oysters, crudo plates or tomato-and-chorizo–slathered burgers.
