Celebrity chef Todd English designed the haute French menu at this Chelsea restaurant, located in a neo-Gothic 19th-century parish building. Traditional plates (steak frites and poulet rôti), plus unexpected twists (fluke ceviche "à la St.-Barth," with coconut and cilantro), make up the bill of fare.
