This Maine-style seafood joint’s second coming represents a dark-horse darling turned corporate. The spot has a bar and cavernous dining room painted a tomato red and embellished with a theme-parky shingled roof. But the Pearl hasn’t completely sold its soul: Its famed lobster sandwich—a grilled white bun loaded with mayoless, butter-laced hunks of sweet meat—remains a purist’s dream. For dessert, a very ’90s blueberry cocktail from the extensive martini list beats the soggy blueberry crisp.
