Accessed through its own street-level entrance next to Baccarat Hotel & Residences New York, the signature restaurant— named for longtime Baccarat creative director George Chevalier— enchants guests, residents and locals with a sophisticated dining experience. Chevalier is a Brasserie de Luxe with a contemporary French touch.

Opt for the main dining room, where plush banquettes line the space, offering seating for up to 80 people. Head to the convivial bar area, with seating for 15, for an aperitif or celebratory cocktail or enjoy semi-private dining for up to 18 people in La Cour.
