Chef Chote Tongchareon (Kelly and Ping) combines the cuisine of his native Thailand with Latin touches at this sweet BYOB. The intimate, albeit cramped, space is simply decorated with photos of the homeland. But it’s the satisfying dishes, like savory duck empanadas and a mango dumpling dessert, that reiterate his passion for crashing cultures.
