The chic dining room is just a sliver, but the inventive flavors seem bigger than any four walls can easily contain. Jumbo-size specialty rolls crowd nearly every table: Shrimp tempura hooks up with eel, avocado, cream cheese and caviar in the Tahiti roll; the Volcano has crab and shrimp topped with a pile of spicy lobster salad, the entire dish set aflame with a blowtorch. Be sure to venture from the devilishly delicious raw fish for a bite of Tuna Nuta, miniature chunks of lightly seared tuna atop honey-mustard–glazed spears of asparagus.
