This sultry restaurant is decked out with seven-foot crystal chandeliers, a black velvet wall and mohair barstools. LED-screen booklets illuminate a menu of baroque American dishes, including herb-roasted rack of lamb with succotash, goat-cheese-cauliflower puree, mint and roasted-red-pepper coulis; and champagne-poached Maine lobster with a green-apple curry, cauliflower gratin and lobster spring roll. Simpler options are found in the mix-and-match carpaccio section, offering a choice of protein (filet mignon, tuna, salmon, yellowtail) and accompaniment (baby arugula and shaved Parmesan, passion fruit, ginger-citrus vinaigrette).
