Time Out says

A tiny East Village restaurant run by two Aix vets—owner Jehangir Mehta and chef Andres Vazquez—delivers global fare that’s reflected in the decor: A Ganesh bas-relief anchors one wall, and an oversize Buddha the other. Among the tapas on offer, we liked watermelon salad with salty feta and a sweet mint sorbet, and a Chinese-style pork bun fragrant with cinnamon and cloves and served with apricot chutney. Mehta seats diners at one of the cramped communal tables, where they lean in to ask neighbors about one intriguing dish after another. Following our meal, gratis prosecco bolstered the friendly vibe.
