Description
East Village Brazilian spot Samba-Le quieted its bossa nova in February to make way for this pan-Latin newcomer from two Patria refugees: general manager Giovanny Campos and chef Lenis Gonzales. The extensive menu mingles Peruvian (ceviches), Argentine (grilled meats) and Cuban (ropa vieja) culinary traditions. Cocktails from mixologist Artemio Vasques (Pegu Club) include the signature Yerba Buena made with Matusalem rum, demerara (cane sugar) syrup and lime; grab one at the smoked-glass bar.
