These meme photos are horrendous. They're not the least bit funny, the chefs and bartenders all come off looking trashy and desperate for having participated in such a witless and lazy stunt, and the whole thing comes across as a craven effort to pander to the aesthetic of the tacky, Ritalin-addled 20-somethings with retail jobs who read Buzzfeed. It's half-hearted, too, as if you think that merely referencing it will come across as poking fun at it. It's sad that a city with such a bustling restaurant and bar scene has so many tacky and unsophisticated people writing about it and photographing it. Let me guess, everyone around the office called this "awesome" before you published it?

Congratulations, you've totally killed all the fun and freshness of these memes.
