Chef Juventino Avila’s dishes are both pretty and ample, arriving with huge mounds of greens, tomatoes and corn cut straight from the cob. First-rate guacamole is accompanied by fried-to-order chips; fish tacos and carne asada are additional standouts. Committed to using locally grown organic produce, the pair plans to grow their own and has also extended the franchise to include the gourmet grocery and oyster bar, Marlow & Sons.
