A proud native of Rome, Master Chef Vincenzo Pezzilli began cooking at the age of 5. Mentored under acclaimed Chef Paul Bocuse he graduated from the renowned Ecole des Arts Culinares et de l' Hotelleri in Lyon France at top of his class. Vincenzo then moved to Belgium and Pierre Wynant's 3 star Michelin Comme Chez Soi. Highly sought for his exciting Italian dishes he relocated to New Yok City launching a string of highly successful restaurants among which were Coco Pazzo, Mad 28, Osteria al Dodge and Gigino.
Vincenzo has now opened a new restaurant Gastronomia Culinaria Hosteria Moderna in New York City's Central Park West neighborhood. He serves dishes Inspired by his travels, experience and love of history. Vincenzo's dream has always been to have the ultimate kitchen- a kitchen a simple cook could call home.
