    Description
Celebrity chef Tom Colicchio swapped the “build-your-own” concept he forged at Craft for a more traditional menu at this less-formal Flatiron hot spot. The composed dishes are still as pristine: Duck is prepared in a sumptuous confit, salmon is truffled, and smoked pork loin is blanketed with bacon. Desserts, like a brown sugar cake with rum-vanilla ice cream, are nowhere as decadent as the main courses; close this memorable meal with an elegant semisweet quaff plucked from the international wine list instead.
