The midtown beer garden Hallo Berlin expands its Germanic holdings with this 30-seat self-serve spot. Pair one of ten varieties of sausages named for luxury cars (the “Mercedes” is bratwurst, the “BMW” is weisswurst) with a German draft, like golden Dortmunder and lemony Hofbräu Weizen. Those not keen to indulge in that health-flouting combo can opt for scallion spaetzle or rollmops—pickled herring wrapped around onions.
