This popular Latin bistro—which opened in Soho in 1998—finds a second home across the East River. For the Prospect Park location, chef Isaac Reyes adds a few dishes to the menu, including jerk pork chop with a yucca-and-sweet-potato hash and scallop ceviche with passion fruit. Post up at the ten-seat bar for tropical drinks, including mojitos and weekly punch specials. In warmer months, garage doors open onto the sidewalk, where diners can sip cocktails alfresco.
