Exceptional specialty rolls include the spicy Yellow Dragon (tuna, salmon, yellowtail and crab topped with fish flakes) and the Xmas roll (tuna, salmon, vegetables, caviar and rice wrapped in a white pancake). On the cooked side, a tender grilled slab of Chilean sea bass is served with miso sauce and sautéed vegetable noodles.
