It’s 3am, and if you want to dodge that hangover, you’d better eat something. Instead of going for the obvious slice of pizza, consider something at this bustling bistro, which stays open 24/7. It will likely be as crowded in the wee hours as it was at 8pm. Dinner options include the usual suspects—steak au poivre, niçoise salad with seared tuna—along with monkfish, homemade sausage and roasted rabbit. Appetizers are hit-and-miss; chorizo brochettes were well spiced, but salmon tartare is kicked up one too many notches by the horseradish.
