The first stateside location of this Spanish tapas chain inhabits the former Cendrillon space. A selection of pintxos—savory bites, like skewers of Basque sausage and Emmentaler cheese—are ferried around the room on trays. Wave down a server and you might find a skewer of Basque sausage and Emmenthaler cheese, or bacon-wrapped dates lanced on a toothpick. There’s also a full menu of larger plates (paella!), and booze, including Iberian wines and beers by the bottle.
